Misunderstandings can occur at any level of an organization, and often have costly consequences. In this workshop, participants will learn how to recognize the communication barriers that frequently lead to poor communication outcomes in the workplace. In response to those barriers, the workshop will explore the keys to effective workplace communication, and participants will engage in activities designed to critically evaluate the likely success or failure of various communication strategies.
